PCMate Free File Shredder 8.1.0 complete corresponding source

app/ is the exact modified presentation/preview source used for this brand.
branding/ is its release brand.ini and icons. IconFile=app-256.png is intentional; the native PE and installer use app.ico.
upstream/ contains the entire frozen original corresponding-source release, including its licenses, native-engine sources/patches and build instructions. It is reference material, not the current installer entry point.
Build: install Windows .NET SDK 8.0.417; run BUILD-UNSIGNED.ps1 in this folder. This builds the current app with its correct native branding and complete runtime. Microsoft package restore may require network. No app is run by that script.
installer/ contains the actual own-AppId Inno6.5.2 source, RK3024 flow and bounded signer source. Compile SignFile.cs with the .NET Framework CSC if signing; configure your own certificate/environment. Never use another publisher certificate.
For File Shredder compile installer/InstallGuard.cs with Framework64 CSC /target:exe /platform:x64 /reference:System.Web.Extensions.dll; sign it; generate Assets/payload-manifest.json from final signed Application (path/bytes/uppercase SHA256); use SourceDir,ReleaseOutputDir,SignedUninstallerCache and PilotRelease Inno sign tool. FreshBrandInstallSafety replaces original migration; there is no old generic-product uninstall.
EXE Lock retains UninstallProtection and Recovery retains RecoveryInstallSafety and RKFlowFix. All retain original engine/data/ACL/cryptography semantics. Local profile locations remain shared between the four brand variants of each engine.
Inno RK flow only opens the official optional visible Agree/Decline UI and supports skip/failure continuation. RK3024.release.ini is release evidence; runtime arguments come from compiled RK flow constants. No RK binary is embedded; runtime download is pinned by URL/SHA256.
Payload signatures cannot be reproduced without the private signing key, which is not distributed. Third-party license and copyright notices remain in app/ and upstream/.
